So I just got back from my trip to England yesterday and I wanted to give a few thoughts about my travels there as well as the flight. The flight. I flew with Norse Atlantic from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport to London Gatwick. The outbound flight was about 8 hours and 30 minutes and the flight was delayed by roughly an hour but we landed only about 3 minutes late. The aircraft was a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner with a 3 by 3 by 3 seating arrangement. The hot meals which where provided (I bought the option while booking but they can be bought during the flight about 30 to 40 minutes after take-off and before landing), where surprisingly very good and came with a dessert and a complimentary soft drink. The seating in economy was unsurprisingly butt numbing especially given that the flight was non-stop and leg room is non-existent.
